The Christian’S CHRIST

His Person, his PresencE, his Psalter, his Preachers

10-12 June 2025 – IPC Ealing

Who is Jesus, and what does it mean to know him and to serve him? The 2025 IPC Catalyst Conference offers three days of rich and profound reflection together on the person and work of Christ. We will consider who Jesus is in three expositions from Hebrews 2, and then reflect on his presence in the church and the world. We will also think about his songbook, the Psalter, and what it means that Jesus himself is the pre-eminent singer of the Psalms, leading us to meditate on reading, singing and praying the Psalms as he did. We will end each day by considering our high calling to preach ‘the unsearchable riches of Christ’ (Ephesians 3:8).

Each day will consist of the following sessions:

His Person

Sinclair Ferguson (Morning Expositions)

His Psalter

Christopher Ash

His Presence - a stylised line illustration of a lit fire torch

His Presence

Simon Arscott

His Preachers - a stylised line illustration of a pulpit with an open Bible

His Preachers

SPECIAL CATALYST EVENT

Wednesday 11th June 2025, 6-9pm
Hog Roast and Summer BBQ hosted by Westminster Theological Seminary Ealing IPC

There are 120 free places for an evening of good food and reflection on the person and work of Christ in pastoral ministry. The aim of the evening is to take time to apply some of the teaching of the conference in more detail and depth, with time for questions for our speakers and interaction with each other. This year the BBQ will be hosted on site at Ealing IPC.

The event is first come first served, but priority will be given to those currently in or considering further theological education (male or female) and to those in church ministry responsible for the training of others. It is only open to those attending Catalyst.
