“Resilience and Relationships in Troubled Times”

Mark Snelling is a psychotherapist and trauma counsellor in private practice in London, and a member of Immanuel Church. He has extensive experience of working in crisis situations around the world, including during the Ebola virus outbreak a few years ago.

Here, Mark gives a one-hour presentation looking at definitions of resilience in the context of the coronavirus lockdown along with its spiritual, physical, mental and emotional impact. He then explores some practical skills and coping strategies, with a particular focus on relational resources.

After the presentation, is about 20-25 minutes of questions and answers.
